The 'Spikes' content is in the pack. They're separate objects. The 'Spike' objects are flat surfaces, and you need to create another material for them. Usually making them transparent and rendering the faces on both sides on the material settings. The Stone Fence uses the Fence_LP as the spikes. The MetalFence_LP file has flat surfaces on one side of the gates, they need a separate material and importing the metal gate spikes textures into your project and setting the material to render both sides will make the spikes show up.
If using the pack in the Unity Game Engine, I suggest importing the .unityassetpack file right into your project. It will all be setup there.
If using a different game engine; The StoneFence uses the spikes that's under the Folder: Cemetery Fence > Fence > Fence_LP. You need to create a new Material and make it transparent (uses the alpha channel) and rendering the faces on both sides. Then parenting it to the Stone Fence Object and aligning it.
If you still need assistance, don't hesitate to reply with more info on your situation on the matter (game engine using, material setup, etc.).

Lovely pack, I really like it.
But it seems the lovely Spikes for the Metal Gate and Stone Fence are not included in the models. I was really counting on them.
hey halom, thanks for downloading the pack.
